He is perhaps best known for her role in "The Outlaw" back in 1941, and Jane Russell has died at age 89.
Hollywood Icons suffer from respiratory failure and died at his home in Santa Maria yesterday (February 28).
His daughter-in-law Etta Waterfield told the press, "She always said I would die in the saddle, I'm not going to sit at home and become an old woman. And that's what he did, he died in the saddle."
Ms. Russell has enough body of work, including the opposite Marilyn Monroe in the 1953 musical "Gentlemen prefer Blondes." Jane and Marilyn sang a duet called "Two Little Girls from Little Rock" when they look for love in Paris, France.
Jane was married three times, most recently with husband John People succumb to heart failure back in 1999. Russell told the press, "Without faith, I will never succeed."
